Permutation Test for the Equality of Growth Curve

Permutation test, which doesn’t require any assumption for the distribution of the random variable, needs to make a lot of calculations, especially when the number of observations increase. However, the use of these non-parametric method is being extended by the developing of the computer technology. In this paper, we considered the testing of the hypothesis of equal means with the permutation test in the Growth Curve Model, by using the computer program written by us. A real data set, fitting the Growth Curve Model, is used for the program.
