İş Yaşamında Travmalar: Cinsel Taciz Ve Duygusal Zorbalık/Taciz (Mobbing)

Bu makalede, çalışanların iş yaşamlarında karşılaştıkları saldırganlık, şiddet, cinsel taciz ve duygusal zorbalığa dikkat çekilmiştir. Makale çerçevesinde, iş yerinde yaşanan cinsel taciz ve duygusal zorbalığın nedenlerine, sonuçlarına, ortaya çıkış sürecine-gelişimine ve yaygınlıklarına yer verilmiştir. Makalenin temel amacı, iş yaşamında yaşanan travmalarla ilgili olarak yapılan araştırmaların gözden geçirilmesi ve bundan sonra yapılacak araştırmalara ışık tutabilmektir. Bununla birlikte, bireylerin, iş yerindeki travmalarla başa çıkabilmek için ne tür bireysel ve örgütsel faaliyetlerde bulunabileceklerine dair de öneriler getirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

This article points out to aggression, violence, sexual harrassment, and mobbing, that employee encounter with at the workplace. The given article consists of the reasons, consequences, the emergence and development processes, and the prevelance of sexual harrassment and mobbing at the workplace. The main aim of this study is the review of the previous research on workplace trauma and the guidance for further research. Furthermore, the article aims to give some suggestions for how employee cope with workplace trauma individually and institutionally.
