Plithogenic birleştirme operatörü ve çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri ile dergi seçimi

Dergi seçim süreci kriter ve alternatiflerin yapısı bakımından karar verme konusu içerisinde ele alınabilmektedir. Objektif dergi göstergelerine ek olarak sübjektif değerlendirmeler de sürece dâhil edilebilmektedir. Sübjektif kriterlerin taşıdığı çok anlamlılık ve belirsizlik farklı küme teorilerinin de sürece dâhil edilmesine imkân tanımaktadır. Karar verme sürecinin tutarlılığını ve gerçek hayat uygulamalarına uygunluğunu arttırmak için bu çalışmada Plithogenic küme teorisinden faydalanılmıştır. Farklı karar vericilere ait değerlendirmelerin Plithogenic operatörler yardımıyla birleştirilerek kriter ağırlıklarının bulunması ve alternatif olarak belirlenen dergilerin sıralanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Plithogenic küme teorisinin hem ağırlık bulma yöntemlerinden Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (Analytic Hierarchy Process-AHP) ile hem de Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden Çok Nitelikli İdeal-Gerçek Karşılaştırma Analizi (Multi Attributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis-MAIRCA) yöntemi ile birlikte kullanımı örneklendirilmiştir.

Journal selection with Plithogenic aggregation operator and multi-criteria decision-making methods

The journal selection process can be handled within the decision making in terms of criteria and structure of alternatives. In addition to objective journal indicators, subjective evaluations can also be included in the process. The polysemy and uncertainty of subjective criteria allow different set theories to be included in the process. Plithogenic set theory is used in this study to increase the consistency of the decision-making process and its suitability to real life applications. It is aimed to find criteria weights by combining the evaluations of different decision makers with the help of Plithogenic operators and to rank journals determined as an alternative. For this reason, the use of Plithogenic set theory together with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), one of the weighting methods, and the Multi Attributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis (MAIRCA) method, one of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, is exemplified.
