End-2-End Verifiable Internet Voting Protocol Based on Homomorphic Encryption

We have constructed a new End-2-End verifiable Internet voting protocol. Our motivation come from the real experiments the Estonian and Norwegian schemes which are used both in local and general elections. Specifically, we are interested to avoid the possibility of a malicious cooperation between Ballot Box and Receipt Generator in the Norwegian scheme. We also propose an alternative solution to coercion which is one of the most important issues for Internet voting. In our protocol, a voter will be able to verify whether her vote is in the counting process.
