In this paper we define the dihedral (co)homology of schemes over a commutative ring k by sheafifying the (co)dihedral complex. We study the Mayer-Vietoris sequence of dihedral (co)homology and introduce the relation between the cyclic and dihedral (co)homology of schemes.
