Dawkins ve Tanrı Hipotezi Üzerine Eleştirel Bir Yaklaşım

Dawkins’in amacı dinlerin Tanrısına saldırmak değil, Tanrı kavramının içerdiği felsefî, toplumsal, siyasî ve psikolojik anlamların bertaraf edilmesidir. Böyle bir sonuç, yaratıcı zihnin evreni tasarlayıp yarattığı düşüncesini yerinden eder. Ancak şunu belirtmek gerekir ki, Dawkins’in söylediği şeylerin kendi içerisinde tutarlı olabilmesi için, evrim geçirerek varlığa gelmiş herhangi bir yaratıcı zihnin bulunması gerekir. Oysa böyle bir varlık henüz yeryüzüne gelmiş değildir. Yazarın amacı belki de evrimle akıllı tasarım arasındaki kaçınılmaz gerginliği Tanrı hipotezinin savunulamaz oluşuna yahut bu hipotezin çürütülebilirliğine kanıt olarak sunmak istemektir. Bu yazıda biz, Dawkins’in ileri sürdüğü tezlerin temelsiz oluşunu dile getirmeye çalışacağız.

A Critical Approach to Dawkins and His God Hypothesis

Dawkins’ aim is not to attack on God of religions but to eliminate philosophical, social, political and psychological meanings in which is included by the concept of God. Such an outcome displaces the conception that Creator Mind has designed the universe and created it. But here is a point that since Dawkins’ expressions is coherent in them, it is necessary to be discovered any creator mind come into existence as evolving. However, such a being has yet not come into the world. The aim of author is possibly to present the unavoidable tension between evolution and intelligent design as an evidence for indefensibility or refutability of God hypothesis. In this paper, we will try to put into words that theses propounded by Dawkins are groundless.
