Ar-Ge ve Teknoloji Yatırım Oranlarının İnovasyon Performansı İle İlişkisi

Bu çalışmada büyük ölçekli sanayi firmalarının inovasyon performanslarının Ar-Ge ve teknoloji yatırımlarına göre anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediği araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla İstanbul Sanayi Odası’nın 2015 yılında ilan etmiş olduğu Türkiye’nin ilk 1000 sanayi firması evren olarak alınmış ve anket tekniği kullanılarak 203 firmadan elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz neticesinde, Ar-Ge ve teknolojiye daha fazla yatırım yapan firmaların inovasyon ürün ve proses performanslarının anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, bir yılda 4 ve üzeri yeni ürün geliştirmiş olan firmaların inovasyon ürün ve proses performanslarının anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.

The Relationship R & D and Technology Investment Rates with Innovation Performance

In this study, it was researched whether the innovation performances of large scale industrial firms showed significant differences according to R & D and technology investments. To this end, Turkey's first 1000 Istanbul Chamber of Industry has announced that in 2015 industrial firms is taken as the universe. Data from 203 companies were analyzed using the questionnaire technique. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that innovation product and process performances of firms that invest more in R & D and technology are significantly different. In addition, innovation product and process performances of companies that have developed new products over 4 in one year have been found to show significant differences.
