Dünyada ya?anan toplumsal, siyasal, sanatsal, bilimsel ve teknolojik geli?meler, mesleki e?itimin do?al olarak kendini yenilemesi ve yeniden ?ekillendirmesini zorunlu kylmaktadyr. Yyllardyr Türk E?itim sisteminde biriken sorunlaryn mesleki e?itime yansymasynyn yany syra, alanyn teknik geli?melere paralel olarak hyzla de?i?en ve geli?en bir yapyya sahip olmasy, bu alanyn düzgün, üretken, dinamik ve devamlyly?y olan bir e?itim sistemine dönü?mesini sekteye u?ratmaktadyr. Bunun yanynda de?i?en politik yetkeye göre e?itim sisteminin syk syk ideolojik bir baky? açysyyla yeniden dizayn edilmeye çaly?ylmasy, e?itim sistemimizin kökle?mi? bir gelene?e ve kendini yenileyen bir yapyya kavu?masyny engellemektedir. E?itim alanynda de?i?en iktidarlara paralel olarak sürekli yapylan kysa vadeli e?itim reformlary sorunu her geçen gün daha da karma?yk hale getirtmektedir. Özellikle son yyllarda bilgi ve ileti?im teknolojilerindeki ya?anan hyzly geli?meler, ileti?im e?itimini mesleki ö?retimin önemli bir alany haline getirmi?tir Çaly?mamyz, Türkiye'de mesleki ö?retim içinde önemli bir yer tutmaya ba?layan ileti?im ö?retimini ve bu alanda ya?anan temel sorunlary tarty?maktadyr. Bu ba?lamda çaly?mamyz, ülkemizde orta ö?retimde, mesleki ö?retim alanynda en yaygyn olarak bulunan, ileti?im, radyo televizyon, gazetecilik ve halkla ili?kiler bölümleri üzerinde odaklanmaktadyr.

The vocational education at secondary school level has been a discussing issue for long years. The social, political, artistic, scientific and technological developments make vocational educational naturally to renew and to reshape itself compulsory. Additional to the reflection of mass problems of Turkish Education system on vocational education, the rapidly developing and changing structure of it up to technical developments interrupts its transformation to a regular, productive, dynamic and continuous education system. Besides, the changing governments' ideologic design attempts of education system prevent it from having a rooted tradition and renewal structure. Not only the changing power of education fields but also the short term education politics make the problem much more complex. Especially, the rapid developments of information and communication technologies make the communication education an important field of vocational education. The research is discussing the communication education as an important part of vocational education and its fundemental problems. In this context, the research is focusing on communication, radio and tv, journalism and public relations that are the most common programs at secondary education.
