KURUMSAL VE ORGANİZASYONEL İKTİSAT

Son dönemde iktisat literatüründe yapılan çalışmalarla kurumların önemi daha iyi anlaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmada kurumlar ve kurumsal değişimi dikkate alan Kurumsal ve Organizasyonel İktisat ekolü anlatılacaktır. Neden Yeni Kurumsal İktisat’ın isminin değişerek bu isimle ilerlediği, bu ekolün metodolojisi, kullandığı araçlar, son dönemde odaklanılan hibrit düzenlemeler ve mezo-kurumların neler olduğu çalışmamızda özetlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
