Oral Liken Planusun Klinik Bulguları ve Ayırıcı Tanısı

Kronik inflamatuar bir hastalık olan oral liken planusta lezyonlar genellikle bilateral ve simetriktir. Hastalığın etiyolojisi bilinmemektedir ancak bu hastalık çeşitli faktörler ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. En sık izlenen retiküler form olup, oral liken planusun altı formu mevcuttur.Özellikle eroziv ve atrofik tipleri maligniteye dönüşüm riski taşımaktadır. Hafif ve orta derecedeki OLP’nin tedavisinde topikalkortikosteroidler ilk seçenektir. Bu makalede amacımız oral liken planus klinik bulguları ve ayırıcı tanısı hakkında bilgi vermektir.

Clinical Findings and Differential Diagnosis of Oral Lichen Planus

Lesions in oral lichen planus, a chronic inflammatory disease, are usually bilateral and symmetrical. Thee tiology of the disease is un known, but this disease has been associated with various factors. It is the most common reticular form, and there are six forms of oral lichen planus. Especially erosive and atrophic type scarry the risk of transformation into malignancy. Topical corticosteroid sare the first choice for the treatment of mild to moderate OLP. İn this article, ouraim is to give information about the clinical finding sand differential diagnosis of oral lichen planus.
