Bu çalışmada, boşamanın bir türü olan “şartlı boşama” ve buna bağlı olarak “boşama yemini” konusu incelenmektedir. Konunun fıkıh sistematiği içerisindeki yeri ele alınarak, şartlı boşama ve boşama yemini ile ilgili farklı yaklaşımlar ve günümüz İslam ülkelerindeki uygulamalar gündeme getirilmektedir. Çalışma konuyla ilgili bir takım önerileri de içermektedir.

In this study, "conditional divorce" that is a type of divorce, and in relation to this the topic of "divorce oath" are examined. By taking up the place of the subject within the systematic of Islamic law, different approaches about both the “conditional divorce” and “divorce oath” and current practices in the Islamic countries are discussed. This study also includes some suggestions about the subject.
