SEZARYEN SONRASI VAJINAL DOĞUM: KANITA DAYALI UYGULAMALAR

Dünyada sezaryen oranları her geçen gün artmaktadır.

Caesarean section rates are rising globally. Although the rate of vaginal birth after caesarean VBAC attempts has decreased over the past several years, new well-designed studies support the safety of VBAC for many women with a prior cesarean s . In this report, we review the evidence associated with the risks of VBAC, success of VBAC, adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes in women who undertake VBAC, consequences of multiple cesareans and the role of clinical management strategies to improve outcomes according to research.
