KESİTSEL BİR ÇALIŞMA: KADINLARIN DOĞUM SONRASI FONKSİYONEL DURUMLARININ İNCELENMESİ
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı kadınların doğum sonu fonksiyoneldurumlarını belirlemektir. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı nitelikte olan araştırmanın evrenini DoğuAnadolu’daki bir ilde Aile Sağlığı Merkezleri’ne kayıtlı olan loğusalar oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini; primipar olup termdedoğum yapan, postpartum 6 ile 10. haftalık dönemde bulunan ve çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 324 kadın oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında Soru Formu ile Doğum Sonrası Fonksiyonel Durum Envanteri kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: Kadınların sosyo-demografik özelliklerine göre toplamDoğum Sonrası Fonksiyonel Durum Envanteri puan ortalamalarıarasındaki farkın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu saptanmıştır p

A Sectional Study: The Invertigation of Functional Situations of the Women After dhe Labor
Purpose: The aim of this study is to determinefunctional situations of the women the after labor. Method: The context of study being descriptive quality consisted of the women giving birthand registered to Family Health Centers in a cityof Eastern Anatolia. The sampling of the studyconsisted of 324 women, who agree to participate in the study, who are in postpartum 6 to 10 week-period and give birth in term and being primipar.
