İLERİ EVRE KANSER HASTASININ EVDE PALYATİF BAKIM ORGANİZASYONU
Bu makalenin amacı, ileri evre kanser hastalarının iyi bir palyatif bakım almalarında organizasyonunönemini tartışmaktır. Hemşirelerin en büyük uygulama alanlarından biri olan evde palyatif bakım hizmeti, sağlığı en üstdüzeye çıkarmak ve rehabilitasyonu sağlamayı hedefler. Bu bakım hemşirelerin hastaneye yenidenyatırılma riski yüksek, durumu değişken ve karmaşık olan kanser hastalarının bakımınıdeğerlendirebilmeleri ve yönetebilmelerini gerektirir. Bu nedenle, iyi bir palyatif bakım hizmetisağlamak iyi bir organizasyonla mümkündür

Aim of this study is to discuss significant of organization for good a palliative care of patients havecancer advanced stage.Palliative care in home is becoming one of biggest practice areas for nurses, and focusing onrehabilitaion and restoring maximum health function. This care, nurses’ is required to manage andevaluate patient care for seriously ill patients who have complex, labile conditions and are at high riskfor rehospitalization. This reasons, for provide a good palliative care service have been requiring a goodorganization
