Bu olguda, Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Hayvan Hastanesine getirilen 10 yaşlı Alman Kurzhaar ırkı köpekte meme ve perineal kitleler ile inguinal fıtık olgusunun pre/postoperatif klinik ve histopatolojik bulguları sunulmuştur. Yapılan muayeneler ve cetvelle ölçümler sırasında sol kaudo-abdominal meme lobunda 23x15x10 cm büyüklüğündeki bir kitle, perineal bölgede sert kıvamlı ikinci, 8x6x4 ve 6x6x4 cm boyutlarında simetrik ve bitişik iki kitle ve sol inguinal bölgede reddedilebilen bir şişkinlik tespit edildi. Olgunun cerrahi tedavisi için genel anestezi altında memedeki kitle lumpektomi operasyonu, perinealdeki kitle ise vulvanın dorsalinden transversal bir ensizyon ile uzaklaştırıldı. Operasyon sırasında sol inguinal bölgeden her iki kornu uterinin fıtıklaşmış olduğu görüldü ve fıtık reddedildi. Kitlelerin histopatolojik muayenesinde meme dokusunda kistik papiller adenom, vaginada ise fibrom tespit edildi. Postoperatif 5 ay boyunca genel takip ve kontrollerde herhangi bir komplikasyonlara ve nüks olaylarına rastlanmadı. Sonuç olarak, kliniğimize gelen yaşlı bir köpekteki reprodüktif multiple iyi huylu kitleler cerrahi yöntemle başarılı bir şekilde sağaltıldı.

In this case, pre/postoperatively clinical and histopathologic findings at the case of mammary, perineal masses and inguinal hernia in 10 years old German Kurzhaar breed bitch were presented Adnan Menderes University Veterinary Faculty Animal Hospital. During clinical examinations and ruler measurement, it was determined a 23x15x10 cm size firm mass at the left caudo-abdominal mammary gland, another firm two perineal masses that were 8x6x4 ve 6x6x4 cm size, and a swelling in the left inguinal region which is compressible. For surgical treatment, the mass on mammary was removed with lumpectomy operation, and the masses on perineal region were removed by using the dorsal transverse incision above the vulva under general anaesthesia. During surgery, it was seen that both horns of uterus had herniated after excisions at the left inguinal region and, they were rejected. In the histopathological examination of masses, it was revealed that the cystic papillary adenoma in the mammary gland and fibroma in the vagina. Any new mass growth was not observed throughout 5 months, postoperatively. As a conclusion, the multiple reproductive benign masses in an old bitch referred to our clinic were operated successfully
