Bu makalede İslam hukuku açısından dinî hükümlerde vicdanî sorumluluk konusu incelenmektedir. İslam hukuk metodolojisinde teklifî hükümlerin bir kısmı dünyevî hükümlerle, bir kısmı uhrevî hükümlerle temellendirilmektedir. Azimet ve ruhsat da uhrevi hükümler kapsamında değerlendirilmektedir. İslam hukukunda ise kazaî hükümlerin yanı sıra dinî hükümlerin bulunduğu bilinmektedir. Dinî hükümlerin de kul ile Allah arasında vicdanî bir mesele olduğu özellikle belirtilmektedir

This article analyses the conscientious responsibility in the religious judgment from point of Islamic law. In methodology of Islamic law, the part of obligation judgments is secular and another part is eschatological. Resolution and permission is also deal with eschatological judgment. The judicial judgment and also the religious judgment exist in the Islamic law. The religious judgment is a conscientious theme between the man and God
