Psikolojik Güçlendirme Algısı ve Bazı Demografik Değişkenlerin Örgütsel Bağlılığa Etkisi

Bu çalışmada, psikolojik güçlendirme algısı ile bazı demografik değişkenlerin örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki etkisi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Kamu ve özel sektörde yer alan bankalarda şube müdürü, müdür yardımcısı ve şef pozisyonunda görev yapmakta olan 223 kişiden anket yoluyla bilgi toplanmıştır. İstatistiksel analiz sonucunda örgütsel bağlılıkla cinsiyet, yönetsel pozisyon, ve çalışma süresinin ilişkisinin olduğu ancak eğitim düzeyinin ilişkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Öte yandan psikolojik güçlendirme algısı ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında da güçlü bir ilişki bulunmuştur.

The Impact of Psychological Empowerment Perception and Some Demographic Variables to Organizational Commitment

This research has been undertaken to determine the relationship among psychological empowerment, certain demographic variables and organizational commitment. A total number of 223 bank administrators, working in public and private sectors, including branch managers, vice managers and chiefs were evaluated through a questionnaire. Statistical analysis of the data revealed that organizational commitment has a significant relation with gender, 'managerial position, years of experience but not with educational level. Furthermore, perception of psychological empowerment and organizational commitment were found to be strongly related.
