A new characterization of L$_2(2_m)$

Let G be a group and π(G) be the set of primes p such that G contains an element of order p. Let nse(G) be the set of numbers of elements of G of the same order. In this paper, we prove that the simple group L2(2m) is uniquely determined by nse(L2(2m)), where |π(L2(2m))| = 4.
