Agaricus bilOrquis Quel Sacco basidiocarps collected from nature were grouped as A.B,C,D. The seconder mycelium \\>"85 obtained by the development of primer mycelium at 2S"C, 28°C, 30·C, 32°C, 35°C and 38°C. The spav.n was prepared from the seconder mycelium developed at different temperatures .
