Pulmoner Stenoz

Pulmoner stenoz sağ ventrikül ile pulmoner arterler arasında oluşan bir darlık olup üç tipi vardır: valvüler, subvalvüler vesupravalvüler veya periferik tip. Darlığın derecesine göre hafif, orta veya ağır olabilir. Sağ ventrikül hipertrofisi olağandır vemuayenede sistolik üfürüm ve ejeksiyon kliği duyulması esas bulgulardır. Prognoz genelde iyi olup, çoğu vaka ya tedavigerektirmez veya ameliyatsız balon valvüloplasti ile tedavi edilebilir

Pulmonary Stenosis

Pulmonary stenosis is an obstruction between the right ventricle and the pulmonary arteries. It has three different types:valvular, subvalvular and supravalvular or peripheric. It may be mild, moderate or severe according to the obstruction. Rightventricular hyperthrophy is essential and most prominent sign on oscultation is murmur and ejection click. Prognosis is generally good and most of the patients do not need any treatment or were treated by baloon valvuloplasty without surgery
