Gelişimsel Kalça Displazisi Gelişimsel Kalça Displazisi

Gelişimsel kalça displazisi GKD terimi, doğumsal olabildi- ği gibi bebeklik veya çocukluk döneminde de gelişebilen ve kalçanın anatomik bozukluklarını içeren bir spektrumun genel adıdır. Bu açıdan doğumsal kalça çıkığı DKÇ terimine göre bu karmaşık sorunu daha net ve doğru bir biçimde ifade etti- ğinden GKD terimi giderek yaygınlaşmış ve DKÇ’nın yerini almıştır. Gelişimsel displazi terimi ile, her zaman doğumda varolmayan ve daima kalçanın çıkığı ile sonuçlanmayan farklı kalça patolojilerinin özelliği daha doğru olarak ifade edilmektedir
