Bütün tırnak cerrahisi işlemlerinde temiz ve kansız bir cerrahi alan gereklidir. Tırnak yatağı çok vasküler bir yapıdır ve tırnak cerrahisi öncesi bu bölgeden kanın boşaltılması ve parmak köküne bir turnikenin bağlanması gerekmektedir. Eldiven parmağı ile turnike uygulaması pratik, etkili, güvenli ve kolay bir dijital turnike yöntemidir.
