Hashimoto Tiroiditi Tanısı Alan Hastaların Klinik ve Laboratuvar Özelliklerinin Retrospektif Olarak Değerlendirilmesi

Amaç: Şanlıurfa ilinde 3. Basamak hastanemizde Hashimoto tiroiditi tanısıyla takip edilen hastaların klinik, demografik, laboratuvar özelliklerinin değerlendirilmesi. Yöntem: Çalışmaya Mayıs 2019 – Eylül 2020 tarihleri arasında prospektif olarak Dahiliye ve Endokrinoloji Poliklinikleri’ ne başvuran hashimoto tiroiditi tanılı 48 hasta ve 40 sağlıklı gönüllü olmak üzere toplam 88 kişi dahil edildi. Çalışma süresince hastaların ayrıntılı anamnezi, fizik muayeneleri, demografik verileri kayıt altına alındı. Hastaların tansiyonu, boy ve kiloları ölçüldü, vücut kitle indekleri hesaplandı, hemogram ve biyokimya parametreleri değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Yaş, cinsiyet ve vücut kitle indeksi olarak gruplar arasında anlamlı farklılık yoktu. Ferritin düzeyi ve D vitamini düzeyi hasta grubunda kontrol grubuna göre sırasıyla (p= 0.00), (p= 0.00) istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düşük saptandı. Total kolesterol ve LDL düzeyleri hasta grubunda kontrol grubuna göre sırasıyla (p= 0.00), (p= 0.00) istatistiksel olarak anlamlı yüksek saptandı. Sonuç: Hashimoto tiroiditi etyolojisi net olarak saptanamamış otoimmün bir hastalıktır. HT’ nin kliniğinde vitamin eksiklikleri, anemi ve dislipidemi önemli bir yere sahiptir. Çalışmamız da göstermiştir ki hastaların takibinde akılda tutulmalıdır.
