Dalak ve Karaciğer Tutulumu ile Seyreden T Hücre/ Histiyositten Zengin B Hücreli Lenfoma Olgusu

T hücre/Histiyositten zengin B hücreli lenfoma (TC/HRBCL), diffüz büyük B-hücreli lenfoma (DBBHL)’nin son zamanlarda tanınmış morfolojik bir varyantıdır. DLBCL’lerin %2’den azını oluşturur. Diğer DLBCL alt tiplerine göre daha erken yaşlarda görülür ve sıklıkla erkek bireyler etkilenir. Bu sunumda diffüz karaciğer ve dalak tutulumu olan TC/HRBCL tanısı almış otuz üç yaşında erkek bir olgunun klinik ve radyolojik bulgularının sunumu yapılmaktadır.

T-Cell/Histiocyte-Rich B-Cell Lymphoma with Spleen and Liver Involvement

T-Cell/Histiocyte-Rich B-Cell Lymphoma (TC/HRBCL) is a recently recognized morphological variant of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DBBHL). It is compose of less than 2% of DLBCLs. It is seen at earlier ages than other DLBCL subtypes and is often affected by male subjects. In this presentation, we present clinical and radiological findings of a thirty-three-year-old male patient with a diagnosis of TC/HRBCL with diffuse liver and spleen involvement.
