Upper Gingival Squamous Cell Carcinoma Case with Very Aggressive Clinical Course

Oral cavity cancers constitute an important part of cancers of the head and neck. More than 90% of these cancers are squamous cell carcinoma and are among the world's most popular cancer types with a 5-year survival rate of less than 50% and high morbidity rates. In this article, a case of squamous cell carcinoma located in the upper gingival region, radiologically reaching 2.5 times in 20 days, will be presented. In the light of multidisciplinary treatment approach, prognostic factors in oral cavity cancers will be discussed.
