On the Order of Approximation of Unbounded Functions by the Modified Rational type Baskakov Operators

In the present paper, we give a generalization of rational type Baskakov operators. We obtainthe order of approximation of continuous functions having polynomials growth at infinity byusing the modulus of continuity and prove the theorem on weighted approximation on allpositive semi-axis for these operators.
