Bu çalışmada, kaynaştırma uygulamaları yapılan sınıflarda çalışan sınıf öğretmenleri için hazırlanan, önleyici sınıf yönetimi stratejilerini içeren ve öğrencilerin problem davranışlarını azaltarak derse katılımlarını artırmayı amaçlayan Önleyici Sınıf Yönetimi Eğitim Programı\'nın (ÖSYEP), öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimleri üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. In this study the effects of Preventive Classroom Management Training Program (PCMTP), which is developed for the teachers who work in inclusive classrooms, includes preventive classroom management strategies, and aims to increase student engagement into lessons by decreasing problem behaviors of them, on classroom management of teachers were examined. The study group consisted of 45 teachers, 21 of whom were in experimental group whereas 24 of whom were in control group, and who worked in elementary schools in Ankara and had a student with special needs in their classrooms. With the teachers in the experimental group PCMTP was applied for two hours once a week and it was completed in three weeks lasting six hours in total. Data were collected by Classroom Management Literacy Test (CMLT), Preventive Classroom Management Observation Form and Teacher Behaviors Observation Form before and after applying the program and in the maintenance process.
