Etütler piyano eğitimi içerisinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Tarih boyunca bir çok besteci etütlere farklı amaçlarla yaklaşmış ve farklı roller yüklemişlerdir. Etütler günümüzde de piyano eğitiminin her kademesinde etkin olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; piyano eğitimi içerisinde tartışmasız bir öneme sahip olduğu bilinen etütlerin nasıl çalışılması gerektiği, geleneksel makam ve makam dizilerinin özellikleri ile piyanoya aktarılma biçimleri, bu anlayışla yazılmış etütler içerisinden seçilen üç etüdün kazandırmayı hedeflediği davranışlar açısından incelemesi yapılarak genel bir değerlendirmede bulunulmuştur.

The studies have an important role in the piano education. During the music history, many composers have used these studies for different purposes. Today, these studies are still being used effectively in various levels of the piano education. The aim of this article is to explain how to use these studies in the piano education and how to adapt the maqams and maqams scales into the piano. In addition, the purpose is to analyze and assess three selected studies in general on account of their target behaviors to be developed.
