The karyotype analysis of some species belong to Lathyrus L. (L. Digitatus [Bieb.] fiori, L. Gmelinii frutsch and L. Laevigatus [Valdst. and Kit.] gren.)

Lathyrus L. (Fabaceae) cinsinin üç türünde detaylı karyotip analizleri yapılmıştır. Bu türler L. digitatus (Bieb.) Fiori, L. gmelinii Fritsch ve L. laevigatus (Waldst &Kit.) Gren. 'tur.

Lathyrus L. cinsine ait bazı türlerin (L. Digitatus [Bieb.] fiori, L. Gmelinii frutsch and L. Laevigatus [Valdst. and Kit.] gren.)

Detailed karyotype analysis of three species in the genus Lathyrus L. (Fabaceae), L. digitatus (Bieb.) Fiori, L. gmelinii Fritsch and L laevigatus (Waldst. & Kit.) Gren. have been investigated. All the species have been found to be diploid with 2n=14 chromosomes. Centromere type of all chromosomes were median in all three species. However, total lengths of haploid complement were different; 35.66 $mu$ m in L. laevigatus, 39.89 $mu$ m in L. gmelinii and 41.96 $mu$ m in L. digitatus.
