Bu araştırma, içinde bulunduğumuz bilgi çağında, bilgi ile ilgili en önemli fonksiyonlardan olan bilginin iletimi ve kontrolü konularında sibernetik yaklaşımla her türlü üretim sisteminin verimliliğin nasıl arttınlabileceğine yöneliktir. Sibernetiğin geribeslemeler ile üstün denge sağlama yöntemleri, hem insan ile ilgili hem de teknik faktörler açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmalar çeşitli örneklerle açıklanmıştır. Son zamanlarda bilimsel bir çok çalışma, canlıların özelliklerini cansız sistemlerde uygulamak üzerinde yoğunlaştığından, sibernetiğin bu konudaki katkıları belirtilmiştir.

The research has been carried out on developments in the productivity of all kinds of production systems by the help of cybernetics approach about control and transmitting of information in this information age. Methods of reaching ultra-stability (superior balance) position with the help of the most important principle of cybernetics, namely feed-back mechanisms, have been discussed with regard to both social human and technical aspects. Many examples are given to enrich the subject. Depending on focusing of many studies of science on applications of chararacteristics of living things to machine systems recently, contributions of cybernetics are determined in this point of view.
