Glenohumeral İnternal Rotasyon Defisiti Olan Voleybolcularda Kassal Kuvvet ile Fonksiyonel Performans Testleri Arasındaki İlişki

Amaç: Bu çalışma glenohumeral internal rotasyon defisiti (GİRD) bulunan voleybol oyuncularında üst ekstremite fonksiyonel performansı ile izokinetik kas kuvveti arasındaki ilişkiyi göstermek amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Yöntem: Çalışmaya GİRD’i bulunan 34 profesyonel voleybol oyuncusu dahil edildi. (yaş±ss= 22,2±2, vücut kütle indeksi±ss= 22,1±0,9). Sporcuların omuz internal ve eksternal rotasyon konsantrik kas kuvveti 60°/sn ve 300°/sn hızlarda ölçüldü. Sporcuların üst ekstremite performansı oturarak tek kol fırlatma testi ve smaç hızı radar (Bushnell, USA) ile ölçülerek değerlendirildi. Değişkenler arası ilişki Spearman Korelasyon testi ile incelendi. Bulgular: Konsentrik 60°/sn internal rotasyon ve eksternal rotasyon kuvvetinin smaç hızı (sırasıyla, r=-0,180, r=-0,125) ve oturarak tek kol top fırlatma sonuçları (sırasıyla, r=-0,040, r= -0,09) arasında; konsentrik 300°/sn internal rotasyon ve eksternal rotasyon kuvvetinin smaç hız (sırasıyla, r=0,104, r=-0,05) ve oturarak tek kol top fırlatma sonuçları (sırasıyla, r= -0,135, r= -0,057) arasında istatiksel olarak bir ilişki bulunmadı (p>0,05). Sonuç: GİRD patolojisi olan voleybolcularda omuz rotator kas kuvvet performanslarını belirlemede oturarak tek kol top fırlatma mesafesi ve smaç hızı ölçümünün belirleyici olmadığı düşünülmektedir.
