Myxoma originating from right ventricular apex obstructing ventricular inflow

Unusual case of right ventricular myxoma producing right-sided inflow obstruction in a 67-year-old female patient is described. Transatrial en bloc tumor excision with a partial normal ventricular wall at its attachment was performed.
