Ülkemizde sporun gelişimi ve istenilen düzeye ulaşabilmesinin en önemli ön şartlarından birisinin spor eğitimi olduğu tartışılmazdır. Ancak uygulanacak olan eğitim programı kendi şartlarımıza ve öngörülen Türk spor eğitiminin ilkelerine uygun bir modelin parçaları olmalıdır. Uygulanacak olan model; planlı ve bilimsel verilere dayalı olarak çağdaş spor bilgilerine sahip antrenör-hakem ve yönetici eğitiminin her kademesindeki sporculara olumlu biçimde yansıyacak bir kapsamı içine almalı; ve geliştirilecek olan modem uygulamada geçerli olmasına özen gösterilmelidir.

Firslt is of no discussion that, one of the most importanat preliminary must for the improvement of sport in our country and to reach the required level is sport education, but the education programme to be applied must fit to our conditions and must be the part of a model appropriate to the fundemantel principles of the Turkish sport education. The model to be applied; must cover the education of trainers, referes and managers having modern sport knowledge learning against planned and scientific datas, which will reflect to athletes in all levels posietively and attention must be paid for the model to be applied to be valid in the application throughout the model.
