İneklerde gebelik sürecinde ve erken postpartum döneminde önemli biyokimyasal ve enzimatik parametrelerin araştırılması

Bu çalışmada, ineklerde gebelik boyunca ve doğum sonrasında serum kolesterol, trigliserit, total protein, albumin, globulin, A:G oranı, düşük dansiteli lipoprotein-kolesterol (LDL-C), çok düşük dansiteli lipoprotein-kolesterol (VLDL-C), yüksek dansiteli lipoprotein-kolesterol (HDL-C), AST, ALT, LDH ve CK düzeylerinin değişip değişmediğinin ortaya konulması amaçlandı. Materyal olarak, yaşlan 3-8 arasında değişen toplam 12 inek kullanıldı. Biyokimyasal parametreler, atomik absorbsiyon spektrofotometresinde (Olympus AU 600 model) ticari kitler kullanılarak tayin edildi. Doğum sonrası total protein, albumin, globulin ve LDL-C düzeylerinde azalma olmasına rağmen, doğum öncesine göre istatistiki açıdan bir farkın (P>0,05) olmadığı tespit edildi. Investigation of Important Biochemical and Enzymatic Parameters during Pregnancy and Postpartum Stages in Cows The aim of this study was to determine the levels of serum cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, albumin, globulin, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), very low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (VLDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) during pregnancy and postpartum periods. As material, 12 cows from 3-8 years of age were used. Biochemical parameters were analysed by using commercial kits at the atomic absorption spectrophotometry (Olympus AU 600 model). Although total protein, albumin, globulin and LDL-C levels decreased at parturation than the prepartum stage, no statistical difference (P>0.05) was observed. Cholesterol level exhibited decrease trends after the 6th month of pregnancy reaching the lowest level at parturation. The values of 6 and 7 months were higher than postpartum (P
