Elazığ Elet Mezbahasında kesilen koyun ve keçi memeleri üzerinde patolojik incelemeler
Bu çalışma, Elazığ bölgesinde, koyun ve keçilerde klinik mastitislerin insidenslerini ortaya koymak ve klinik mastitisli bu hayvanların meme dokularında ve ilgili lenf düğümlerinde saptanan değişiklikleri, patomorfolojik olarak incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla, l yıl boyunca, mezbahada, ante mortem olarak, inspeksiyon ve palpasyonla muayene edilen 6500 koyun (13000 meme lobu) ve 1200 keçiden (2400 meme lobu), post mortem muayene sonucu, mastitisli veya mastitis yönünden şüpheli görülen 190 koyun memesi (285 lop) ile bunlara ait 150 supramammar lenf düğümü ve 79 keçi memesi (132 lop) ile bunlara ait 52 supramammar lenf düğümü örnekleri alınarak, patomorfolojik olarak incelenmiş, makroskobik ve mikroskobik değişimler kaydedilmiş ve resimlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca, mikrobiyolojik olarak, klinik mastitis tespit edilen loblann koyunlarda 133'ünden, keçilerde de 67'sinden standart ekimler yapılmış ve üreyen mikroorganizmalar identifıye edilmiştir.
Pathological examination on the udders of sheep and goats slaughtered in Elazığ Elet Slaughterhouse
This study was carried out to determine the incidence of clinical mastitis in sheep and goats and to examine pathomorphologic changes in the udder tissues and lymph nodes in Elazığ province. For this purpose, in one year period, ante mortem examination of 6500 sheep (13000 udder lobe) and 1200 goats (2400 udder lobe) were made with inspection and palpation. As a result of post mortem examination, 190 sheep udder (285 lobe, 150 supramammary lymph nodes) and 79 goats udder (132 lobe, 52 supramammary lymph nodes) with mastitis or suspected with mastitis were examined pathomorphologically and tissue samples were taken. Macroscopic and microscopic changes were reported and illustrated. In addition, standard cultures were prepared from 133 sheep and 67 goats with clinical mastitis and microorganisms grown in culture environment were identified.
