Transmissible spongiform encephalopathy
The literatures related to Bovine Spongiform Encephalophaty (BSE), that is known as mad cow disease and has recently engaged public opinion and transmissible spongiform encephalophaty have been reviewed. So far, there has been no report showing the presence of BSE in this cauntury. Additionally, no certain evidence is present wheter or not BSE can be transfer from animal to human. An extremely unnecessery panic has been created with regard to this disease that came into this countary agenda with exporting life-animal meat and meat products. In order to develop our present life-stocks and prevent the transmission risk of contagious diseases threeting both human health and the health of our animal population, initiative should be given to production at national base, rather than depending on the export of meat, meat products or life-animals.
