Siklobütan ve benzofuran halkaları içeren keton türevlerinin sentezi ve karakterizasyonu

Bu çalışmada, 1,1,3-trisübstitüe siklobütan halkası içeren $alpha$-haloketonlar, K2CO3 ve o-vanilin ile reaksiyonundan keton ve onların semikarbazon, tiyosemikarbazon, oksim türevlerinin sentezi gerçekleştirildi. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları FT-IR, $^1H-NMR$, $^{13}C-NMR$ ve elementel analiz gibi yöntemlerle karakterize edildi.

Synthesis and characterization of ketone derivatives containin cyclobutance and benzofuran rings

In this study, as a result of $alpha$-haldgeneketones which is containing 1,1,3-trisubstituted cyclobutane ring with o-vanillin, new ketones were syntheized in the presence of K2CO3. This compounds were converted into their semicarbazone, thiosemicarbazone and oxime derivatives. This compounds were characterized with FT-IR, $^1H-NMR$, $^{13}C-NMR$ and elemental analyses techniques.
