KALP TEK DAMAR TIKANIKLIĞI OLAN KADIN HASTALARDA PLANLANMIŞ DÜZENLİ YÜRÜYÜŞÜN BAZI KAN LİPİTLERİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Amacımız qantatif anjiyografi sonucu tespit edilen kalp tek damar tıkanıklığı olan kadın hastaların ilaç kulla-nımlarına ilave olarak haftada 3 gün, 12 haftalık yürüyüş egzersiz programının, kan lipitlerine etkisinin araş-tırılmasıdır.   40-60 yaş arası (kontrol grubun yaş ortalamaları 47.48±5.83, deney grubun yaş ortalamaları 47,07±5.85) ba-yanlar kontrol grubu (sadece ilaç kullanan grup) ve deney grubu (ilaçla beraber egzersiz yapan grup) olarak ayrılarak; çalışmamıza aynı damar hastalığına sahip olan, aynı risk faktörünü taşıyan ve aynı grup ilaçları (Asetil Salisitik Asit preparatları, aspirin, Statin grubu Lipit düşünülecek, gerek görülen vakalara B.Blokerler ve yine gerek görülen vakalara Nitratları) kullanan ve daha önce herhangi bir miyokard infarktüsü veya kardiak operasyon geçirmemiş hastalar dahil edildi.   1 mil Rockport yürüme testi egzersiz programına dahil edilen deneklerin MaxVO2’lerinin kestirilmesinde uygulanmak üzere seçildi. Egzersiz programı öncesi ve sonrasında kan lipitleri ölçümleri yapıldı.   12 haftalık egzersiz programı sonunda iki grupta da 0.01 ve 0.05 düzeylerinde anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuş-tur. Ancak deney grubunun kan lipitleri ve vücut kompozisyon değerleri kontrol grubuna göre pozitif yönde daha fazla seviyede düşmüş ve bazı parametrelerde yükselmiştir, bu düşüş ve yükselmeler 0.01 ve 0.05 düze-yinde anlamlı sonuçlar vermiştir.
