ÖZETBu makalede gömülü bir dişin devitalizasyonu neticesi sağ mandibulada meydana gelen periapikal enfeksiyonun devamı şeklinde olan nadir bir akut suppurative osteomyelitis vak'ası ele alınmış ve bu proçes'in etiyolojik faktörleri üzerinde durulmuştur.SUMMARYIn this article an acute supperative osteonryletis is presented. This case of acute osteomylctis had its origin in acute periapical infection of an embedded non-Vital first premolar tooth in the right mandible. The principles of diagnosis and the etiologic factors are discussed.
