Mandíbula Sarkomları (16 vaka bildirimi )-SRCOMAS OF THE MANDIBLE (report of 16 cases)

Ö Z ET Kliniğimizde ameliyat edilmiş, oldukça nadir görülen mandíbula sarkomları takdim edilmiştir. En genç olgu 9 yaşında fiıbrosarkomalı, en yaşlı olgu ise 63 yaşında indiferansiye sarkomalı hastalardı. Erken belirtiler diş ağrısı, alt dudakta uyuşma, dişlerin gevşemesi, tümör ve ağrı idi. Tümör ülserasyonu ve lenfadenomegoll ilerlemiş lezyonu olan vakalarda görülmüştü. Biopsi, panoreks radyografi, ya ameliyat piyesinin radyografileri lezyonun özellikleri ve ameliyat planını saptamada fevkalade kıymetli bulunmuşlardır. Uygun vakalarda Kisohner teli, maksilo-mandibuler fiksasyon mandibulektomiden sonra fragmanları tesbitte kullanılmışlardır. Primer kemik grefi rutin olarak uygulanmamıştır.SUMMARYThe patients with these rare tumors of the mandible operated on, in our clinic have been presented. Male to female ratio was 11/5. The youngest patient was 9 years old and had fibrosarcoma. The oldest one, 63 had undifferentiated sarcoma. The early symptoms mostly were toothache, numbness in the lower lip, loosening of the tooth, tumor and pain. Ulceration of the tumor and lymph node enlargements were seen in well advanced cases. Definite diagnosis were possible in the majority of cases with preoperative evaluation and biopsy, Panorex ray pictures were very valuable in diagnosing and planing the operation. During the operations X ray pictures of the specimens were taken, to check the lesion and its free borders. K wires and maxillo-mandibular fixations were utilized in suitable cases to stabilize the fragments. Tracheostomy were used electively in two patients, one with total the other with subtotal mandlbulectomy. Primary bone grafting were not used.
