İNSİZİV KANAL KİSTİ: BİR OLGU BİLDİRİSİ

İnsiziv kanal kisti, maksillada santral dişlerin hemen arkasında bulunan insiziv kanalda sık görülen non-odontojenik gelişimsel bir kisttir. Bu kist yaşamın dördüncü ve altıncı dckatları arasında çoğunlukla erkeklerde görülür. 44 yaşındaki erkek hasta üst çene insiziv kanal bölgesinde ağrısız bir şişlikle polikliniğimize başvurdu. Yapılan klinik ve radyolojik muayene sonrası insiziv kanal kisti ön tanısı ile hasta, lokal anestezi altında ameliyat edildi vc kist tamamen çıkarıldı. Histopatolojik tanı, insiziv kanal kisti olarak bildirildi. Bu makalede, insiziv kanal kistinin tedavisi vc ayırıcı tanı yöntemleri tartışıldı.
