AĞIZ CERRAHİSİNDE AĞRILARIN TENS (TRANSCUTANOUS ELECTRICAL NERVE STIMULATION) İLE KONTROLÜ CONTROL OF THE PAIN WITH TENSE IN ORAL SURGERY
Anahtar Sözcükler: Ağız Cerrahisi, ağrı kontrolü,Bu çalışmada TENS'in dişhekimliği cerrahisinde oluşan ağrılara etkisi incelendi. Bu amaçla toplam 30hastada (normal dişçekimi ve cerrahi çekim yaptığımız), 2 tip stimülasyon uygulayarak elde ettiğimiz analjezik et- ::kiler kıyaslandı. Hastaların ağrı skorlan.TENS, sinir stimülasyonu. visual analog skalası (VAS)yardımı ile alındı. Verilerimizin istatistiksel t;analizi eşlenmiş serilerde t testine göre yapıldı. İki farklı stimülasyon uyguladığımız hastaların ağrılarının ikontrolünde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar saptandı. i;ımı ile alındı. İn dental surgery. With this intention we compared the analgesic effects obtained by applying two types of stimulation on totally 30 patients (all of whom had a normal extraction and surgical extraction).íThe Pain scores of the patients were obtained by means of Visial Analogue Scale(VAS) Statistical analyses of our 't data were made according to ttest in comparable series.Statistically significant differences were noted in the control of the pains of the patients on whom to different stimulations were applied.íThe Pain scores of the patients were obtained by means of Visial Analogue Scale(VAS) Statistical analyses of our 't data were made according to ttest in comparable series.Statistically significant differences were noted in the control of the pains of the patients on whom to different stimulations were applied.íThe Pain scores of the patients were obtained by means of Visial Analogue Scale(VAS) Statistical analyses of our 't data were made according to ttest in comparable series.Statistically significant differences were noted in the control of the pains of the patients on whom to different stimulations were applied.
