ADEZİF SİSTEMLERİN YAPISAL ÖZELLİKLERİNİN ADEZİF SİSTEM - DİŞ YÜZEYİ BAĞLANTISINDAKİ ROLÜ

özAdezif sistemler bağlanma stratejilerine göre asitle pürüzlendirme ve yıkama kendinden asitli ve cam iyonomer adezif sistemler olarak sınıflandırılmaktadırlar. Tüm bu bağlanma mekanizmalarının birbirlerine göre avantajları olduğu gibi özellikle de uygulama kolaylığı olan sistemlerin kimyasal etkileşimleri nedeniyle bazı eksiklikleri söz konusu olabilmektedir. Adezif sistemlerin içerikleri, özellikleri ve bağlanma mekanizmaları ile ilgili güncel bilgilerin yanısıra diş dokularının bu materyaller ile olan ilişkileri de adezyon için en iyi sonuçların elde edilmesinde büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu derlemede piyasada bulunan farklı asitle pürüzlendirme ve yıkama kendinden asitli adezif sistemlerin tipleri ve içerikleri ile bu içeriğin fonksiyonlarına ve olası kimyasal etkileşimlere etkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Adezif materyallerin bağlanma sürecindeki rollerinin iyi anlaşılması gerek araştırmacıların gerek ise üreticilerin dental adezyonu geliştirici faaliyetlerinin artmasına neden olmaktadır.

ADEZİF SİSTEMLERİN YAPISAL ÖZELLİKLERİNİN ADEZİF SİSTEM – DİŞ YÜZEYİ BAĞLANTISINDAKİ ROLÜ

Adhesive systems have been recently classified as etch-and-rinse, self-etch and glass ionomer adhesive systems according to their adhesion strategies. Some advantages and deficiencies were noted for all of these adhesion approaches, mainly for the simplified ones due to some chemical associations and interactions. Keeping an updated knowledge of the composition, characteristics and mechanisms of adhesion of the currently available adhesive systems as well as knowing how the dental substrates interact with these materials are essential to achieve the best results in adhesion. This literature review article addresses the types and the main components of different etch-and-rinse and self-etch adhesive systems available in the market, and relates them to their function and possible chemical interactions. The understanding of the role of adhesive materials in the adhesion process has helped researchers and manufacturers developing and improving dental adhesion.
