COMPUTER AIDED REVOLVING SPEED READING OF ALTERNATING CURRENT UNIVERSAL MOTOR

In the world, many signal magnitudes emerge analogously. For example, temperatures, pressures, weights, etc., always change analogously. There can be various values in a very wide range between minimum and maximum, not just two values such as 0 and 1. The information processing devices are digital whereas the external world is made up of more analog values since digital systems operate and evaluate information more securely and faster. The transfer of acquired information back to the outside world can also be in analog or digital form. For all these reasons, analog values must be converted to digital, and digital values must be converted to analog values. In the control systems of electric motors, the instantaneous perception of motor speed allows the control system to be reliable and efficient. In this context, precise control of the use of universal motors in hand and power tools is required. For this reason, knowing the motor speed and incorporating it into the control system is an important factor. In this work we have taken into consideration this factor, the speed of Alternative Current Universal motors was detected and transferred to the computer environment, and the speed information was read visually and in software.
