In Vitro Comparison of Apical Mikroleakage of Primary Molars Prepared with Four Different Rotary Systems and K-Files

The aim of this study was to evaluate apical microleakage of primary molars prepared with four different rotary systems and K hand files in vitro. Ninety primary molars were randomly divided into five experimental groups, which comprise 7 mandibular and 7 maxillary primary molars, and 20 teeth were selected as negative and positive control group each comprises ten teeth. Teeth were prepared with K file in Group 1, Race in Group 2, Protaper in Group 3, Hero 642 in Group 4 and with Mtwo in Group 5. Root canals of all teeth were filled with Endoflas F.S. Dye leakage test is used to assess apical microleakage and teeth were evaluated by clearing technique. In mandibular primary molars there was no statistical difference among the groups p>0,05 . In maxillary molars Race showed significantly higher dye penetration than Hero 642 and Mtwo p
