Türkiye'de Newcastle aşı üretiminde kullanılan değişik orijinli B1 suşlarının antijenik özellikleri üzerinde araştırmalar

Newcastle aşı üretiminde kullanılan değişik orginli B, suşlannın antigenik özellikleri üzerinde yapılan deneysel araştırma; Almanya, Hollanda ve İngiltere (Weybridge) orginli B, suşu ile yapılan burun-göz aşılamalardan sonra antikorların H.İ test kontrolleri ve buna paralel olarak epruvasyon denemeleri yapıldı . Sonuç olarak, Almanya orginli suş ile yapılan aşılamalardan sonra meydana gelen bağışıklık antikorları düşük ve yavaş Hollanda originli suşun ise İngiltere' ye çok yakın fakat ondan biraz daha uzun süreli bağışıklık antikorları oluşturduğu gözlendi.

Reserches sur les proprietes antigenique des suches B1 d'origine differente utilises a la production du vaccin Newcastle en Turquie.

Dans cette recherche, ona utilise les sduches B1 d'origine differente obtenues en Allemagne, aux Pays-Bas et en Angleterne. Dans les contrôles effectues a la suite de ia I ere vaccination par ı instillation oculaire ou nasale par lesdites souches aux poussins de qours, les titres ont ete evalues pour AlJemagne 4.8, pour Pays-Bas 6.4 et pour Angleterre 6.2. A l'epreuve effectuee 15 jours apres la vaccination, les meilleurs resultats ont ete obtenus apartir des groupes vaccines avec la souche Bı d'origine Angleterre. Au 24 ieme jour, ala II ieme vaccination par instillation oculaire ou nasale appliquee aux poussins, les titres ete evalues comme suit: Angleterre (2.7), Allemagne (6.09) et Pays-Bas (6.8) . A la II ieme epreuve, le meilleur resultat a ete encore observe dans le groupe vaccine avec les souches d'origine Angleterre.
