Stafilokok'ların Koagulaz ve Clumping Factor Aktivitelerinin Belirlenmesinde Plazma Seçiminin Önemi

Tavuk orijinli stafilokok suşlarının koagulaz ve clumping factor aktivitelerine çeşitli hayvan plazmalarının (tavşan, tavuk, koyun) etkisi incelendi. Çalışmalarda, tavuklardan izole edilen 126 S.aureus ve 118 S.epidermidis suşu kullanıldı. CFT'de S.aureus suşları tavşan plazması ile % 98, tavuk ve koyun plazmaları ile% 95 pozitif bulundu. S.epidermidis suşlarının % 2.5'i tavşan,% 56'sı tavuk ve % 67'si koyun plazması ile pozitif reaksiyon verdi. Tüp koagulaz testinde (TKT), sırasıyla, % 98,% 63 ve% 67'sini koagule etti. S.epidermidis suşlarında bu oran sırasıyla,% 3,% 14 ve% 16 bulundu.

The effect of various plasmas (from rabbit, chicken, sheep) on the coagulase and clumping factor activities of avian staphylococci were used in tests. In CFT, 98 %, 95% and 95% of S.aureus strains gave positive reaction with rabbit, chicken and sheep respectively. In tube coagulase test, 98 %, 63 %, 14 % of S.aureus strains coagulated the plasmas of rabbit, chicken, sheep respectively. These were found as 3 %,14 % and 16 % in S.epidermidis strains.
