Doğu Anadolu'nun Bazı İllerinde (Kars, Artvin, Gümüşhane, Erzurum) Sığır ve Koyunlarda Leptospirosis Vak'aları, Yayılışı ve Sero Tipleri Üzerine Araştırma

Bu araştırma ile Doğu Anadolu'nun bazı illerinde (Kars, Artvin, Gümüşhane, Erzurum) sığır ve koyunlarda Leptospirosis vak'aları, yayılışı ve serotipleri üzerine çalışma yapıldı. 1445 adet sığır ile 675 koyun kan serumu MAT. ile serolojik muayeneleri yapıldı. Sığırlarda L.sejroe serogrubu ile % 26,1 koyunlarda %5,7 L.grippotyphosa ile sığırlarda %4,3, koyunlarda %2,4 L. hebdomadis ile sığırlarda %5 oranında müsbet bulunmuştur. Bakteriyolojik çalışmalar sonucu Erzurum ili Dadaş köyünde hasta bir sığırın idrarında Dadaş-1 adlı bir suş izole edildi. Yapılan MAT. ile suşun L.grippotyphosa serogrubu bundan olduğu tespit edildi.

The studies on the spreading and serotype of the leptospirosis occurrences in ·cattle and sheep in some cities of the East Anatolia (Kars, Artvin, Gümüşhane, Erzurum), was realized by- this researçh. The blood sera of 1445 cattle along with 675 sheep were examined serologically by means of MAT. The L.sejroe seragroup was found 26.1% and 5.7% positive ·in · cattle and sheep respectively. L.grippotyphosa was found 2.4% and 4.3% positive in sheep and cattle ·respevtively. As for the L.hebdomodis in cattle it was found as positive in ratio of 5%. As a result of bacteriological studies, A strain called as «Dadaş-1» was isolated from the urine of a sick cow in ·Erzurum at Dadaş village. lt was detected that the strain was from the group of L.grippotyphosa serogroups by means of M.A.T. studies.
