3PL FİRMA SEÇİMİNDE BOCR ÖLÇÜTLERİNİ TEMEL ALAN ANP YÖNTEMİNİN KULLANIMI

Firmaların lojistik operasyonları, globalleşen dünyada maliyet ve rekabet açısından önemli bir unsur olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Lojistik işlemlerini 3PL firmalarından destek alarak yapan firmalar için, 3PL firma seçimi önem kazanmaktadır. 3PL firma seçiminde pek çok ölçütün karar vericiler açısından göz önüne alınması gerekmektedir. Aynı zamanda ölçütler arasındaki ilişkilerin varlığı da problemi bir “Çok Ölçütlü Karar Verme” problemi haline getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada fayda, fırsat, maliyet ve risk ölçütleri olarak tanımlanan BOCR ölçütlerini temel alan ANP yöntemi kullanılmış, alt ölçütler ve ilişkiler de uzman kişilerin katılımı ile ve literatür katkıları sayesinde belirlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda alternatiflerin sıralaması yapılmış ve karar vericilere pek çok ölçütü dikkate alabilecekleri bir yöntem sunulmuştur

THE USE OF ANP METHOD BASED ON BOCR CRITERIA FOR 3PL PROVIDER SELECTION

Firm's logistic operations appears for cost and competition as crucial factor in globalizing world. 3PL provider selection is gained importance for firms that doing logistic operations by the help of 3PL firms. In 3PL provider selection, a lot of criteria should be considered by decision makers. Also, the problem is defined as “Multi-Criteria Decision Making" problem because of the existence of the relationship between criteria. In this study, ANP method based on BOCR criteria defined benefits, opportunities, costs and risk criteria is used. Sub-criteria and relationships are determined by experts' participation and literature. At the same time, alternatives are ranked and a new method considered  lti-criteria is offered to decision makers.
