MESLEK LİSESİ ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN DOĞRUSAL VE SABİT FONKSİYON İLE BUNLARIN GRAFİKSEL GÖSTERİMİNE İLİŞKİN ALGILARI

Bu çalışmanın amacı öğrencilerin doğrusal ve sabit fonksiyon kavramı ile bunların grafiksel gösterimi algılarını belirlemektir. Çalışmaya, endüstri meslek lisesi 10.sınıfta öğrenim gören 130 öğrenci katılmıştır. Veriler bir gerçek yaşam durumu problemi ve öğrenci mülakatları aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde nitel analiz yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulguları meslek lisesi öğrencilerinin fonksiyonun tanım ve değer kümesi, sıralı ikililer, doğrusal ve sabit fonksiyon kavramı ile bunların grafiksel gösterimi konularında bazı temel güçlüklerinin olduğunu göstermektedir

VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS’ PERCEPTIONS ON LINEAR AND CONSTANT FUNCTION WITH THEIR GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION

The purpose of the study was to examine students’ perceptions on linear and constant function with their graphical representation. 130 students in grade 10 from an industrial vocational high school participated in the study. Data were collected via a real-life problem and interview. Qualitative methods were used for analyzing the data. The results indicated that students had some basic difficulties about the concept of functions, ordered pairs, linear and constant functions, and their graphical representations.
